Option
#1 ---To order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover:
I recommend
using the shopping cart on the website, which is hosted by PayPal. It's
fast, secure, and very easy to use... and you don't need to have a PayPal
account!
How it works:
When
you click on an "Add to Cart" button on the TW Designworks
website, a new window will pop up, which is the PayPal shopping cart.
It will show you what you have in your cart so far: the item, quantity
and the price. If you would like to add different items, click on the
"Continue Shopping" button, and you'll be returned to the
TW Designworks website (to the page you just left), and the shopping
cart page stays out of sight.
Every time
you click on an "Add to Cart" button, you'll be taken back
to the shopping cart page so you can check your items. You can view
your cart at any time simply by clicking on the "View Shopping
Cart" buttons located at the bottom of all of the Art section ordering
pages. You are not committed to buying anything just by adding it to
your cart! You can add to, remove from, or empty the shopping cart totally
at any time during the shopping process.
Finally,
when you are ready to check out, just follow the instructions on the
shopping cart pages to actually pay for the items in your cart. You
are not asked for your credit card information until the very end of
the process. At that time, you can pay via credit card or via your PayPal
account if you have one.
NOTE:
This method is especially recommended for orders from out side the US
as PayPal automatically converts your currency to US dollars.
Option
#2 --- Prefer to e-mail your order?
(This method is the best if you wish to send an order as a gift!)
Send
me an e-mail message with "E-mail order" as the Subject.
Include the following in your message: item #(s), print title(s), and
how many of each item you would like to purchase. Also include any special
instructions, such as request for insurance, a special shipping method,
or a 3rd party shipping address if the order is a gift. I will acknowledge
your order, double check it with you, then generate a PayPal invoice.
You will receive the invoice via e-mail, and it will contain a link
that will take you to a secure PayPal server, where you will pay using
your credit card (or your PayPal account, if you prefer.) It's safe,
fast and very easy.
At
this time, I am not able to accept credit card orders via phone, fax
or regular mail. Sorry!
Option
#3 ---Pay by Personal Check:
Within the
US, I accept personal checks, drawn on US banks ONLY. If you would like
to pay by check, please be advised that your order will be held pending
check clearance. Please print 2 copies of this order form,
fill them out, and mail one of them to me along with your check. Keep
the other completed form for your records! The order form must be viewed
and printed using the free Adobe Reader. If you don't have it, please
click this button to get it:
Option #4 ---Pay by Bank Check or Money Order:
I accept
bank checks and money orders. International orders, please be sure that
your bank check or money order is payable in US dollars. Print
2 copies of this form, fill them out,
and send one of them to me along with payment. Keep the other completed
form for your records! (The order form must be viewed and printed using
Adobe Reader.)
---Shipping and Handling:
I take
extra care in packaging your prints for shipment so they arrive in excellent
condition. All prints are sealed in clear plastic bags, and they are
layered with extra packaging materials to prevent bending or other damage.
The prints are shipped flat; they cannot be rolled! Due to ever-increasing
costs, TW Designworks reserves the right to modify shipping rates without
notice.
Please
allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the US and Canada, and up t
o 6 weeks for international orders. Read the explanation here.
----A note of explanation regarding the shipping calculations
used for the shopping cart: I have chosen to implement a %-based calculation
as opposed to a flat-fee rate for shipping. I've used a sliding scale:
the smaller the order amount, the higher the %...the larger the order,
the lower the % rate charged. If you would prefer to pay shipping of
$10.00 per 1 print, and and $5.00 per each additional print, (plus a
one-time charge of $10.00 for customers outside the US and Canada) please
use option #3 or #4 listed above.
All orders in the US are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
All orders to Canada are shipped via air mail. All orders outside the
US and Canada are shipped via best method. If you prefer an alternate
shipping method, or other shipping add-ons such as insurance, please
e-mail me before ordering!
