About the Company:
TW Designworks is a small independently owned business, started in 1998. For the last six years, I have designed and marketed my needlework patterns (counted cross stitch) exclusively. Before starting the company, I was an independent contractor, and designed for needlework publishers for 14 years. Adding art prints to the TW Designworks product line has been something I've wanted to do for quite awhile, and finally, it's a reality! TW Designworks still sells needlework designs, but only through resellers, not directly to the public, therefore, there is no shopping cart functionality in the "Needlework" part of the website. The art prints, however are being marketed directly to consumers through this website.

Delivery of Your Order:
Once you place an order within the US and Canada, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. For international orders, please allow up to 6 weeks.

It *may* take less time for you to receive your order, but I estimate more time because of the process involved in getting prints produced, matted, and packaged properly before being shipped!

I'm sure you're wondering: Why can it take so long?!?!

That's a good question! Here's why:

~TW Designworks gicleé prints are produced on-demand by a professional digital imaging studio.

~Orders are "batched" so costs stay as low as possible. What this means is that I tally orders for up to several days (depending on sales volume) before I place the order with my printer.

~Then the printer produces the prints, (this can take several days) and they are shipped to me (add another day or two).

~Mats are then added to those prints if needed. Again, depending on how many prints need to be matted, this can take extra time.

~Then, your order is carefully packaged, and finally,...

~Your order is shipped to you...which can take several more days, depending where you are located relative to my location in Pennsylvania.

That's why, depending on where in the world you are, it can take up to 6 weeks until you receive your order.
