"This
design is my own of a park setting where my boys and other children
can play and dream. It's also for us adults so we can remember when
that was us. This design was stitched on 40 count sandstaone linen
over-one. There were no specialty stitches or beads used." (September

When/How did you
first start cross stitching?
I learned embroidery
from my great grandmother. I started doing crss stitch as a teenager and
really got into cross stitching when I had a child in the hospital for
an extended time.
What do you enjoy
most about cross stitching?
It
is very relaxing and is an artistic expression for me especially since
I can't draw or paint.
What are your favorite
Cross Stitch Subjects?
Fantasy
and still life. I enjoy doing pictures with colors and intricate details.
What is your Favorite
TW Design(s)?
I
would say at this time that my favorite designs are the Castle, Magical
Night, Storyteller and Peacock Tapestry. I am currently working on all
those but the Storyteller is my favorite.
